WASHINGTON, DC-Arnold & Porter LLP is negotiating with Boston Properties Inc. to shift its downtown DC operations to the NPR development parcel beside Washington Convention Center. The new 478,000-square-foot structure will replace National Public Radio Inc.'s home at 635 Massachusetts Ave. NW.

Construction could start by the end of next year and the building could be ready by mid- to late-2015 for occupancy. Arnold & Porter currently occupies space at 555 12th St. NW and its lease will expire in 2015. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
