LONDON-CLS Holdings plc has unveiled plans for the renovation of Clifford's Inn on Fetter Lane. The refurbishment will provide new category-A office accommodation with 36,952 square feet of internal space.
Furthermore, the proposed scheme also includes eight residential apartments on the first and second floors. The new apartments will have one- and two-bedroom units on each floor.
