NEW YORK CITY-Operative Media is moving from the Flatiron District to an East 32nd Street building. The digital advertising management company has inked an eight-year lease for 30,720 square feet at 6 E. 32nd St.

The company will occupy two floors of the Himmel + Meringoff Properties-owned building. Asking rent was $41 per square foot. Ryan Masiello and Jim Wenk at Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while Jason Vacker and Mark Stein represented the landlord in-house in the lease deal.
