NEW YORK CITY-Equity Offices has secured two new tenants for its high-rise office building in New York.

NEW YORK CITY-Equity Offices has secured two new tenants for its high-rise office building in New York. Knighthead Capital has leased 12,750 square feet and Grace Beauty has leased 7,466 square feet at 1140 Sixth Ave. Both tenants will pay $80 per square foot as rent.

The landlord was brokered by Ryan Masiello, Doug Neye and Josh Glick of Jones Lang LaSalle. JLL's Jeff Fischer and Scott Panzer represented Knighthead. Grace was represented by CBC Hunter's Richard Selig and Michael Okun. For the full story, go to New York Post .
