CHICAGO-A venture that involves South American investors is putting the office property at 205 W. Wacker Drive up for sale. The venture has tapped Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP's Chicago office to market the property.
The venture purchased the 263,650-square-foot office tower in 2008 for $30.5 million. The building, situated at the corner of Wells Street and Wacker Drive, is nearly 70% leased. Burnham Brothers Inc. designed the West Wacker Drive building. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
