NEW YORK CITY-Zaro's has recently renewed its 2,900-square-foot lease at 370 Lexington Ave.

NEW YORK CITY-Zaro's has recently renewed its 2,900-square-foot lease at 370 Lexington Ave. The company extended its lease for another eight years at the building situated between East 40th and East 41st streets.

Since 1998, Zaro's has been operating a production and storage facility at the retail space and it plans to open a retail shop there early next year. On Lexington Avenue, asking price for the retail space was about $100 per square foot. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
