
NEW YORK CITY-JPMorgan Chase has enlarged its space in One Grand Central Place. The financial services firm has signed a lease for 3,000 square feet of space on the ground floor, where it will build an entrance for private client concierge service.
Asking rent for the space in the W&H Properties-owned building was $325 per square foot. Chase was represented in the deal by Cushman & Wakefield's Michael O'Neal and Gene Spiegelman, while W&H Properties was represented by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Jared Lack.
