Marriott Brand Hotel to Replace Seacoast Inn in Imperial Beach

IMPERIAL BEACH, CA-The new hotel replacing Imperial Beach's Seacoast Inn is expected to be opened in spring 2013 under the Autograph Collection luxury brand of Marriott International Inc.

IMPERIAL BEACH, CA-The new hotel replacing Imperial Beach's Seacoast Inn is expected to be opened in spring 2013 under the Autograph Collection luxury brand of Marriott International Inc. Pacifica Host Hotels, a unit of San Diego-based Pacifica Cos., started construction on a 78-room replacement in 2011.

The $32-million, four-story replacement will include a spa, restaurant and conference space. Seacoast Inn, which occupied an oceanfront site, was constructed in the 1950s. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
