Construction Starts on Trias Building in Leipzig

LEIPZIG, GERMANY-HOCHTIEF Solutions formart has broken ground on the Trias commercial and office building in Leipzig.

LEIPZIG, GERMANY-HOCHTIEF Solutions formart has broken ground on the Trias commercial and office building in Leipzig. The 11-story building will have roughly 94,722 square feet of gross floor area.

L'Osteria will open an Italian restaurant on about 3,875 square feet of space on the ground floor. SPRIZZ will use nearly 2,798 square feet for its Mediterranean food concept. The HOCHTIEF Solutions Leipzig divisions will occupy about 7,534 square feet on the third floor. The Trias building will be ready for occupancy in Q1 2014.
