FAIRFAX, VA-Reston-based TNS Inc. has signed an agreement to relocate its headquarters from two other Reston area offices to One Dulles Corridor. The telecommunications company leased 120,000 square feet of office space in the 215,716-square-foot structure at 10740 Parkridge Blvd.
TNS will occupy first four floors in the building. Owner Westbrook Partners paid $41.7 million for the building earlier this year. Cresa Washington DC's Dan Klueger, Rich Rhoades and Tom Birnbach represented TNS, while Avison Young's Rob Walters and Mike Shuler represented Westbrook Partners.
