BUFFALO-Dallas-based 7-Eleven Inc. has listed 30 Upstate New York stores for sale. The national convenience store operator took control over all 30 stores when it acquired 188 former Wilson Farms stores last year.
A store in the Lofts at 136 in downtown Buffalo and a store at 1540 Broadway are part of the package. Other stores are in Niagara Falls, Bath, Potsdam, Saranac Lake, Rochester, Elmira and Albion. Chicago-based NRC Realty & Capital Advisors is marketing the stores through a sealed bid process. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
