NEW YORK CITY-The Chatsworth, a 139-unit apartment building situated on the Upper West Side, is put up for sale. The Beaux Arts apartment building, located at the corner of Riverside Drive and 72nd Street, could sell for more than $150 million.
The apartment building was constructed in the early 1900s. In recent years, the multifamily property underwent major renovations. David Schechtman, an Eastern Consolidated broker, is marketing the building along with Lipa Lieberman and Peter Hauspurg. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
