Cervalis Signs Lease for 167,600 SF in Norwalk

NORWALK, CT-Cervalis LLC has signed a long-term lease with FPG Norden, an affiliate of Fortis Property Group, for a new disaster recovery center and data center in Norwalk.

NORWALK, CT-Cervalis LLC has signed a long-term lease with FPG Norden, an affiliate of Fortis Property Group, for a new disaster recovery center and data center in Norwalk. The company will occupy 167,600 square feet in the new development.

The development will come up on a five-acre tract. Construction is expected to start next year. Howard Properties' Howard E. Greenberg and Jones Lang LaSalle's John Stoddard represented Cervalis, while Cushman & Wakefield of CT Inc.'s Jodie Dostal represented FPG Norden in the lease deal.
