Inland Plans to Build 130 Apartments on Southside Boulevard

JACKSONVILLE, FL-Inland Diversified Real Estate Services LLC, a division of Inland Real Estate Group of Companies Inc., is preparing to construct 1330 apartments on Southside Boulevard.

JACKSONVILLE, FL-Inland Diversified Real Estate Services LLC, a division of Inland Real Estate Group of Companies Inc., is preparing to construct 130 apartments on Southside Boulevard. The new apartment building, called Deerwood Lake Lofts, will comprise single- and double-bedroom apartments and a four- or five-level parking garage.

Inland Diversified is expecting to begin construction by October and complete the project by early spring. Atlanta-based Catamount Constructors Inc. will be the general contractor. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
