DURHAM, NC-Spoonflower is planning to expand its office space in the Meridian office park in Durham before the end of this year. The Durham-based custom fabric printing company, which currently leases 8,939 square feet of space in the building at 2810 Meridian Parkway, has recently expanded its space to 19,687 square feet.

The company is planning to occupy the new addition in December. Blair Graham with Grubb & Ellis/Thomas Linderman Graham represented the tenant and Brad Corsmeier with CBRE represented the owner. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
