NEW YORK CITY-Salesforce.com is moving from 2 Grand Central Tower to a larger space at 685 Third Ave. The San Francisco-based firm has leased 74,349 square feet at 685 Third Ave. from TIAA-CREF.
The asking rent for the 10-year lease was $60 per square foot. TIAA-CREF bought the office tower two years ago for $190 million from Pfizer. Gus Field of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the deal for Salesforce.com with Anthony Dattoma, Molly Concannon, Howard Fiddle and Zachary Freeman of CBRE Group.
