BIRMINGHAM, UK-Debenhams Properties Limited has signed a lease for 20 years with Orchard Street Investment Management for 43,000 square feet at the Three Spires Shopping Centre in Lichfield. The company will open a department store on the former TJ Hughes site at the 180,000-square-foot shopping center.
The new Debenhams department store is expected to be opened in March 2013. Lunson Michenall advised Debenhams, while Rowley Hughes Thompson and Cushman & Wakefield advised Orchard Street in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
