
PHILADELPHIA-The University City Science Center is all set to start construction on a 272,700-square-foot building in West Philadelphia. The 11-story tower, which will be built at 3737 Market St., will be anchored by Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.
The project, which will feature office, lab, outpatient medical facilities and ground-floor retail space, is a joint venture between Wexford Science & Technology and the Science Center.
