LONDON-Legal & General Property has secured approval from the planning committee of Hertsmere Borough Council for GBP 10-million reconstruction of the old Elstree Business Centre situated in Borehamwood. The proposed plans call for building a new Wickes store in Borehamwood Shopping Park and nine trade counter, industrial and warehouse units.
