SIMI VALLEY, CA-Cost Plus World Market has signed a lease for 20,000 square feet of retail space in El Paseo Simi, a retail center in Simi Valley. The retailer will occupy the former Borders bookstore at the shopping center on Tapo Canyon Road.

The deal was signed for more than $2.8 million. South Street Center LLC is the owner of the El Paseo Simi center. Michael Schiff from the Westlake Village office of NAI Capital negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to San Fernando Valley Business Journal .
