PALM BEACH, FL-A unit of Northwestern Mutual has formed a joint venture to construct a rental apartment complex in Palm Beach County.

PALM BEACH, FL-A unit of Northwestern Mutual has formed a joint venture to construct a rental apartment complex in Palm Beach County. Orlando, Florida-based ZOM Florida and Northwestern Mutual Real Estate Investments have created Hamptons PBG LP and commenced construction on the Hamptons at Palm Beach Gardens, a 224-unit apartment community.

The 22.7-acre site will comprise 25 two-story structures and 2 three-story structures. Construction is scheduled to be finished by December 2013. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
