
NEW YORK CITY-The Winklevoss twins are leasing an outpost in the NoMad/Flatiron area for their venture capital company. Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss have signed a five-year lease for 5,625 square feet at 30 W. 24th St.
The twins will take the entire fourth floor of the building for Winklevoss Capital. Asking rent was $39 per square foot. Ross Zimbalist and Michael Blum with CBRE negotiated on behalf of the Winklevosses, while James Buslik and Alan Bonett with Adams & Co. represented the building.
