WICHITA, KS-The developers of the WaterWalk project in downtown Wichita are planning for an approximately $9-million apartment project on the Arkansas River site. They are requesting the Wichita City Council to revise WaterWalk's development agreement to accommodate the new project.

The proposed apartment project, which will include 134 apartment units in 2 four-story buildings, will replace a public parking lot on the south east corner of McLean and Maple.
