Group Health Associates Opens Clifton Medical Office Building

CINCINNATI-Group Health Associates has opened its new medical office building north of Downtown Cincinnati.

CINCINNATI-Group Health Associates has opened its new medical office building north of Downtown Cincinnati. The $27-million, 67,000-square-foot facility is connected to TriHealth Inc.'s Good Samaritan Hospital at Dixmyth Avenue and Clifton Avenue in Clifton.

Both Good Samaritan Hospital and Group Health Associates are units of TriHealth. The eight-story tower had been underway since early 2011. The medical building is situated over a five-story parking garage. Group Health Associates financed the project with a low-cost loan from the Uptown Consortium through Uptown Partners' Loan Pool.
