BERLIN- pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank together with four other banks has funded the acquisition of certain entities by Deutsche Wohnen AG from BauBeCon Group. The entities, purchased by Deutsche Wohnen in May 2012, own a portfolio consisting of roughly 23,500 residential units. For this acquisition, pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank's share in the total facility was EUR 285 million. The deal was inked on August 2, 2012.
The sub-portfolio funded by pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank consists of roughly 8,500 residential units, many of which are situated in Berlin. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
