Roxem Assets Leases at Louis Krages Site in Bremen

BREMEN, GERMANY-On behalf of Hansteen, Roxem Assets GmbH has leased a 215,278-square-foot warehouse space and a 2,153-square-foot office space at the Louis Krages site in the industrial port area of Bremen. Construction is underway on the warehouse subsequent to an extensive redesign after a portion of the site was burned down by two fires. Construction is slated for completion on May 1, 2013. A key German logistics provider will occupy the unit.
