
MINNEAPOLIS-Kraus-Anderson Construction Co. of Minneapolis will start construction on a new $39-million apartment project in the North Loop region of Minneapolis' Warehouse District. Schafer Richardson of Minneapolis is developing the project, named Third North, at 800 N. Third St.
The new six-story building will comprise 204 market-rate apartments. On July 25, Schafer Richardson closed its financing with CBRE HMF Inc. and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
