NEW YORK CITY-Hammacher Schlemmer has decided to stay at its Manhattan flagship at 145 E. 57th St. The retailer has renewed its long-term net lease of the 12-story structure situated between Lexington and Third avenues.

Brazil's Malzoni Group bought the building for $34 million in 2010. Hammacher, which has been located at the building since 1926, occupies the lower floors and the first three floors and subleases the remaining floors to office tenants. For the full story, go to New York Post .
