NEW YORK CITY-Perry Ellis International has inked a long-term lease for 96,350 square feet at 1120 Sixth Ave. The company will consolidate its operations and expand to approximately 20,000 square feet at the Edison Properties-owned building.
The long-term deal includes a direct lease of 40,000 square feet and nearly 60,000 square feet subleased from Huron Consulting. Asking rents for the direct space at the building are $70s per square foot. Jones Lang LaSalle represented PEI and Huron, while Cushman & Wakefield represented Edison.
