
MILWAUKEE-Renovation will start later this year on two adjacent buildings at Schlitz Park in Milwaukee as the owners of the center plan to start the third phase of an over $40-million development. The buildings, totaling 150,000 square feet, face North Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
