Argix Logistics Expands its Lease at 100 Middlesex Center Blvd.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ-IndCor Properties has secured a lease assurance from Argix Logistics to extend into the entire industrial building on Middlesex Center Boulevard in Jamesburg.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ-IndCor Properties has secured a lease assurance from Argix Logistics to extend into the entire industrial building on Middlesex Center Boulevard in Jamesburg. The 343,500-square-foot industrial facility is located at 100 Middlesex Center Blvd.

When IndCor took ownership of 100 Middlesex in 2011, Argix leased roughly 120,000 square feet of space there. CBRE Group, which represented the seller of the facility in 2011, brokered this new lease deal on behalf of Argix. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
