BOSTON-South Boston's Innovation District has welcomed a technology company as its new tenant. Digital Lumens has moved to an office space measuring 16,000 square feet at 374 Congress St. from 110 Canal St.
The new office of the LED lighting system firm is double the size of its previous office on Canal Street, adjacent to the TD Garden. Currently, the average asking rent in the Innovation District is $35 per square foot for Class B space. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
