ALBANY-The nearly-vacant Latham Circle Mall situated in Colonie, New York, will be partially replaced with a new layout, restaurants, stores and new name under a redevelopment plan amounting $40 million to $60 million. Anchor tenants JCPenney, a Regal Cinemas and Lowes will remain at the newly-titled The Shoppes at Latham Circle.

The new mall, proposed by Boton-based Grossman Development Group, will have 631,759 square feet. Grossman has already signed two letters-of-intent with new tenants and is negotiating a third deal with a Texas company. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
