Developers to Build 205-Room Hotel in Harbor East

BALTIMORE-Bmore Media reported that developers Chesapeake Real Estate Group and Englewood LLC have reached a contract to develop a 205-room hotel in Harbor East next year.

BALTIMORE-Bmore Media reported that developers Chesapeake Real Estate Group and Englewood LLC have reached a contract to develop a 205-room hotel in Harbor East next year. The hotel project will replace an old warehouse facility at 511 S. Central Ave.

The hotel will include 15,000 square feet of retail space. Englewood will be the primary developer and it will operate the hotel, while the retail space will be operated by Chesapeake Real Estate Group. It will take nearly 18 months to complete construction.
