
CHICAGO-Marquette Cos. is planning to proceed ahead with two apartment projects in the West Loop and in the northwest suburban Algonquin. The Naperville-based developer has taken control of a proposed 223-unit apartment building, Catalyst, at 630 W. Washington St. from Gary Rosenberg.
Marquette bought the loan on the site from Kennedy Funding Inc. The developer is planning to break ground on the project in the fourth quarters. Marquette is partnering with E. J.
