CHICAGO-Michigan Avenue Real Estate Group is planning to construct 4 four-story apartment buildings totaling 81 units at the junction of Aberdeen and Madison streets in the West Loop.

CHICAGO-Michigan Avenue Real Estate Group is planning to construct 4 four-story apartment buildings totaling 81 units at the junction of Aberdeen and Madison streets in the West Loop. The Northbrook-based real estate investment firm is in contract to purchase the land for the project from a venture connected with Chicago Truck Leasing Co.

The project will include a 9-unit building and an 18-unit building at the junction of Aberdeen and Madison and another 54 units in two structures on Aberdeen Street. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
