LONDON-Legal & General Property, on behalf of Linked Pensions Fund, has inked a deal to re-lease Carpetright's space at Lewisham Retail Park to 99p Stores Limited, doing business as Family Bargains.

LONDON-Legal & General Property, on behalf of Linked Pensions Fund, has inked a deal to re-lease Carpetright's space at Lewisham Retail Park to 99p Stores Limited, doing business as Family Bargains. The new tenant has occupied Unit 3 at the retail park.

Family Bargains leased the 10,120-square-foot unit for 10 years and it will pay GBP 318,750 as rent. Proteus Property advised 99p Stores, Harvey Spack Field advised Carpetright and Colliers International advised Legal & General Property. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
