Silverado Prepares for $12M Brookfield Memory Care Facility

BROOKFIELD, WI-Silverado Senior Living, based in Irvine, California, is preparing to start construction on a $12-million memory care facility on Davidson Road in Brookfield.

BROOKFIELD, WI-Silverado Senior Living, based in Irvine, California, is preparing to start construction on a $12-million memory care facility on Davidson Road in Brookfield. Brookfield-based Hunzinger Construction Co. will start the construction work in September so that the 100-bed facility could be opened in fall 2013.

Silverado partner Toledo, Ohio-based Health Care REIT bought a 7.5-acre parcel at 1185 Davidson Road from St. Luke Congregation for $1.2 million on August 21. The memory care facility will be built on the Brookfield land. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
