LONDON-Nationwide Building Society has leased 1 Threadneedle Street in London's financial district for 20 years. The company leased the entire building, which comprises 54,648 square feet of leasable space, from SEB Asset Management.

Nationwide will house its new UK headquarters at the building and will open a new branch office on the ground floor. The property is part of the portfolio owned by the SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund. CBRE and Savills brokered the deal. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
