NEW YORK CITY-Panning Capital has inked a lease for 10 years with Boston Properties Inc. for 4,500 square feet of space at 510 Madison Ave. The new hedge fund has leased nearly 40% of the 24th-floor space at the 30-story tower situated between East 53rd and East 52nd streets.
