LONDON-Savills has leased a retail unit on Grosvenor Street in Mayfair to Agent Provocateur. The firm leased the 1,500-square-foot unit at 2 Grosvenor Street for Royal London Asset Management.
Agent Provocateur has leased the retail unit for 10 years. The luxury lingerie retailer will pay GBP 210,000 as annual rent. The Grosvenor Street building, which previously housed the Grosvenor Arms pub, has been completely renovated to accommodate retail and office suites.
