ORLANDO-A joint venture that includes an Orlando firm and two Atlanta firms is planning to start construction this week on a high-rise apartment building in downtown Orlando. Atlanta-based Batson-Cook Development Co. and Novare Group Holdings LLC together with Orlando-based Palmetto Realty Advisors secured issued a notice to move ahead with the $63-million, 23-story apartment complex, named SkyHouse.
