WASHINGTON, DC-Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, a law firm based in New York, is in negotiations to shift its DC offices to the former headquarters of National Restaurant Association at 1200 17th St. NW. On September 6, the firm inked a letter of intent with Akridge to lease approximately 110,000 square feet at the 170,000-square-foot building, which is scheduled to be completed in 2014.
