PORTSMOUTH, UK-The Whiteley Co-Ownership Trust, a joint venture partnership between Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited and British Land, has signed 10 pre-lease deals totaling 24,700 square feet at Whiteley Shopping Centre, a 320,000-square-foot development in Hampshire. The GBP 64-million development is expected to be opened in spring 2013.
The new tenants are Clarks, Claire's, Costa, Mamas and Papas, Moss, Paperchase, Prezzo, River Island, Schuh and The Entertainer. Wilkinson Williams, Cushman & Wakefield and Davis Coffer Lyons are leasing agents for the development. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
