Colony Realty Partners L.P. based in Boston is the owner of the property. In the transaction, Colliers International's Jack Rosenberg brokered for the owner, while Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.'s Robin Stolberg, Kurt Sarbaugh, and Mike Nelligan and Colliers' Tim Hart brokered for the tenant.
