
NEW YORK CITY-The old OTB horse-betting parlor at 991 Second Ave. has got a new tenant. Petco has leased the entire three-story structure at 991 Second Ave. The pet specialty retailer will pay $1.5 million per year as rent.
The 15,000-square-foot building is situated between East 52nd and East 53rd streets. In the deal, Petco was represented by Richard Skulnik and Andrew Mandell from Ripco Real Estate, while the landlord was represented by Jeffrey Roseman and Jason Maurer from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Retail.
