NEW YORK CITY-Tower 45, a 40-story office building located at 120 W. 45th St., has hit the market and is expected to fetch north of $270 million, or more than $600 per square foot. The 475,000-square-foot building is situated between Broadway and Avenue of the Americas, near Rock Center and Times Square.
