BOSTON-The Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) has approved Millennium Partners' plans for a $615-million tower at the old Filene's site in Boston's Downtown Crossing. Plans for the Burnham Building and Millennium Tower include 218,000 square feet of office space, 600 apartments and condominiums and almost 231,000 square feet of retail.

The project will renovate the Burnham Building and add a 625-foot residential tower. Originally, Vornado Realty Trust won approval in 2008 for the Filene's project. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
