HAMBURG, GERMANY-The consortium composed of the FRANK Group, HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung and NORDDEUTSCHE GRUNDVERMOGEN has leased 64,583 square feet at Metropolis House to XING AG. With the new lease, the 148,003-square-foot office space at the building is 100% occupied.
XING AG will shift its corporate offices to Dammtorstrasse 29-33 in Hamburg in March 2013. The company will occupy three floors and a roof terrace at Metropolis House, which was developed in fall 2011. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
