LGP Unveils Plans for St. George's House Refurbishment

LONDON-Legal & General Property has revealed its proposals for the restoration of St George's House in Park Lane, East Croydon.

LONDON-Legal & General Property has revealed its proposals for the restoration of St. George's House in Park Lane, East Croydon. The proposed refurbishment will change the office space of St. George's House into residential scheme.

The property will include approximately 288 residential units and retail space on the ground level. EPR Architects and Charles Funke have been selected to prepare plans for the scheme. CBRE has been selected as the advising agent. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
